This is a working program. Over 9 sessions I guide each agent through building every component: domain name, custom email, website, Google Business Profile, directories, social profiles, email signature, and meta information. Session by session, piece by piece.

Google Business Profile setup and optimization. NAP consistency review. We also cover what local SEO means for a real estate agent and why consistency across every listing matters more than any individual tactic.

Submission to 20+ real estate and professional directories including Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, HAR, Nextdoor, and Apple Maps. Every listing uses the same NAP information. The agent understands why consistency matters and how to maintain it.

Common questions.

No. This program is open to any licensed real estate agent regardless of brokerage. InvesTeam Realty agents receive a discount. Ask about it when you apply.
Yes. All sessions are available in English and Spanish. Reinaldo is a native bilingual speaker and all materials are in both languages.
Weekly is the recommended cadence because each session builds on the previous one and momentum matters. That said, life happens. The program can flex to bi-weekly if needed. VIP tier includes priority scheduling.
A willingness to work and a laptop. I will send a short pre-session questionnaire once your application is accepted. It takes about 10 minutes and helps me understand where you are starting from. Everything else we build together.
Both options are available. In-person sessions are held at InvesTeam Realty in Doral, FL. Virtual sessions are conducted over Zoom. Most agents mix both depending on the week.
