Most sales speakers teach theory. I spent 24 years as a working broker in South Florida — one of the most competitive real estate markets in the world — closing deals, running a brokerage, and training agents who needed results on Monday morning, not inspiration that fades by Tuesday.

My keynotes are built on behavioral science — specifically the neuroscience of trust, emotional intelligence, and the psychology of certainty. These aren't concepts I read about. They're frameworks I developed in the field and then went back to validate with the science.

Do you speak in Spanish, English, or both? +
I deliver fully in English, fully in Spanish, or in a bilingual format depending on your audience. This isn't translation — I think, tell stories, and respond to questions in both languages natively. It's one of the things that makes me genuinely different from most speakers in this space.
Are you available for virtual events? +
Yes. I have a professional home studio setup and I've delivered virtual keynotes and workshops that hold an audience as well as any in-person event. Virtual works especially well for the half-day and full-day workshop formats where interaction is key.
Can you customize the talk for our specific industry or audience? +
Always. I don't do off-the-shelf presentations. Before every engagement I learn about your audience, your industry, and what you need them to walk away with. The core framework stays consistent — the stories, examples, and language are tailored to your room.
What do attendees walk away with? +
A concrete, named framework they can apply on Monday morning. Not general inspiration — specific behavioral tools for building trust faster, reducing resistance, and increasing conversion. For workshop formats, attendees also practice the techniques in real time with structured exercises.
Do you sell books at events? +
Yes, and many event organizers find it adds value for attendees. I can arrange book sales at the venue, or you can pre-purchase copies as part of the event package — attendees love leaving with a signed copy of the book the talk was built on. Let's discuss what works best for your event.
How far in advance should we book? +
For conferences and large events, 3–6 months in advance is ideal. For corporate team events and workshops, 4–8 weeks is usually enough. If you have a tight timeline, reach out anyway — I'll always tell you honestly what's possible.
