His story
He started in real estate the way most people do — with a license, a lot of drive, and no shortage of things to learn. What he didn't expect was how completely this profession would shape his thinking about leadership, service, and the responsibility that comes with helping people make some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
Over more than 24 years, he's been involved in over 3,000 transactions representing more than one billion dollars in real estate sales — across residential, commercial, new construction, short sales, foreclosures, and investment properties. That volume represents the enormous trust clients, agents, and partners have placed in him, and he doesn't take that lightly.
Today his focus is as much on the agents he works with as on the market itself. He's trained hundreds of real estate professionals, published two books on trust and behavioral science in sales, and built a content and education platform to share what he's learned in a practical, immediately useful way.
