Platform & Digital Architecture  ·  WordPress  ·  EN + ES

I built a $150K platform
for myself. Now I build
it for you.

Enterprise LMS, membership community, gamification, ecommerce, and automation — all in one platform. Agencies charge $75K–$150K. I deliver it productized at $35K because I've already solved every problem you'll run into.

I didn't build this for a client. I built it for myself — and I run it every day.

Most agencies build platforms from a spec sheet. They hand it off, send the invoice, and move on. If something breaks or doesn't work the way you need it to, you're back in the queue.

I built my own enterprise platform from scratch — not as a proof of concept, but as the operational backbone of my real estate brokerage, my training programs, my community, and my courses. Every plugin, every automation, every integration was tested under real conditions with real users before it ever became part of my client offering.

That means when I build yours, I'm not experimenting on your budget. I already know what works, what breaks, what to avoid, and exactly how to build it in a way that doesn't require an agency retainer to maintain. You own it. You control it. And I'll train you to run it.

What I built — my live stack
LearnDash LMS — full course delivery with drip content, quizzes, certificates, and WooCommerce integration
BuddyBoss Community — member profiles, activity feeds, groups, direct messaging, and notifications
GamiPress Gamification — points economy, achievement badges, leaderboards, referral rewards, and daily login incentives
WooCommerce Ecommerce — subscriptions, dynamic pricing, multiple payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Square), partial payments with points
Uncanny Automator + Zapier — full workflow automation connecting every plugin into a single intelligent system
Formidable Forms Pro — AI-powered forms, surveys, quizzes, digital signatures, landing pages, and API integrations
MailPoet + OneSignal — email marketing sequences and push notifications built directly into the platform
Amelia Booking — automated appointment scheduling for coaching calls and events

Kajabi, Teachable, and Thinkific were built to be easy. Not powerful.

There's nothing wrong with those platforms — until your business grows beyond what they were designed for. Here's when people outgrow them.

💸
You're renting, not owning Kajabi costs $3,000–$5,000/year and you own nothing. If they change pricing, change features, or shut down — your entire business moves with them.
🚧
You've hit a wall on features You want gamification, a real community, subscriptions, dynamic pricing, referral programs, or bilingual architecture — and your current platform simply can't do it.
🌎
No bilingual architecture Your audience is English and Spanish — but your platform is English-only, so you're running two separate systems or delivering a half-baked Spanish experience.
🔌
Duct-tape integrations Your LMS is over here, your community is over there, your email is somewhere else, and nothing talks to each other without a Zapier workaround that breaks every month.
🏗️
You need an agency but can't afford one The agency that can build what you need quoted $75K–$150K and 6 months. That's before the monthly retainer to maintain it.
📊
No real data or analytics You can't see what your members are actually doing, which courses they complete, where they drop off, or who your most engaged community members are.

These are all solvable problems — and I've solved every one of them on my own platform. The question is whether you want to solve them yourself over the next two years, or have someone build the solution for you in 60 days.

Two offers. One for speed. One for scale.

I work with a small number of clients at any given time so every build gets my full attention. Tell me what you're building and I'll tell you which option fits.

From first conversation to live platform.

I keep the process simple and the communication direct. Here's what every Sprint engagement looks like from start to finish.

1
Discovery
You fill in the inquiry form. I review it and come back with questions. We get on a 30-minute call to confirm scope and fit.
2
Proposal
I send a written proposal within 48 hours — scope, timeline, investment, and payment terms. No surprises.
3
Build
60-day Sprint begins. Weekly check-ins so you see progress. You provide content and branding assets — I handle everything technical.
4
Launch
Platform goes live. I run a full walkthrough with your team so everyone knows how to use, manage, and grow it.
5
Support
30-day post-launch support included. Optional retainer for ongoing maintenance, updates, and monthly strategic calls.

Everything you need to know before you reach out.

Include any other questions in your inquiry form and I'll address them in the proposal.

Do I need technical knowledge to manage the platform after it's built? +
No. WordPress with Elementor has a visual interface that any non-technical person can use for day-to-day management — adding courses, creating posts, managing members, sending emails. I include a full training session at launch and document all the common tasks your team will need to perform. For anything more complex, that's what the retainer option is for.
What do I need to provide for the Sprint build? +
Your logo, brand colors, and fonts. Your course content or an outline of what you plan to offer. Your domain name and hosting (I can recommend and set up hosting if needed). A clear idea of your membership structure — who gets access to what and at what price. The more organized your content is before we start, the smoother the Sprint runs.
How is this different from hiring a WordPress freelancer? +
Most WordPress freelancers can build a website. Very few have built and operated the specific stack I've put together — LearnDash, BuddyBoss, GamiPress, WooCommerce Subscriptions, Uncanny Automator, and Formidable Forms all integrated into one working system. That combination is genuinely complex, and the difference between someone who's built it for themselves and someone who's following documentation for the first time is significant. You're not hiring me to build something new — you're hiring me to replicate something that already works.
Can you migrate my existing courses from Kajabi or Teachable? +
Yes — content migration is part of the Sprint scope. I'll move your existing course content, member data (where platform APIs allow), and media assets into the new platform. The migration process depends on which platform you're coming from and how much content you have — we'll scope that specifically during the discovery call.
What hosting do you recommend and what does it cost? +
For most Sprint projects I recommend Kinsta or Cloudways — both are managed WordPress hosts with excellent performance, daily backups, and staging environments. Kinsta starts at around $35–$100/month depending on traffic. Cloudways runs $15–$50/month. Hosting is separate from the build investment and billed directly to you — you own the account. I handle the initial setup as part of the Sprint.
How many clients do you take on at once? +
I take a maximum of two Sprint builds at a time. This isn't a scalability limitation I'm trying to fix — it's intentional. Each project deserves my full attention, and the 60-day delivery commitment only holds if I'm not stretched across five projects simultaneously. If there's a waitlist when you reach out, I'll tell you honestly and give you an estimated start date.

You've outgrown your platform.
Let's build one you own.

Tell me what you're building, what platform you're on now, and what's holding you back. I'll come back with a scoped proposal within 48 hours.
